Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within the United States and Canada.

Order processing time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or other events outside our control.

Estimated delivery time

United States orders usually arrive within 3-8 business days after shipment, with many orders delivered within 5 business days.

Canada orders usually arrive within 3-8 business days after shipment, with many orders delivered within 5-7 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier capacity, weather, address accuracy, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at Afterservice-DG@outlook.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Delivery issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please first check around your delivery location and contact the carrier. If you still need help, contact us at Afterservice-DG@outlook.com with your order number and tracking number.

Shipping damage

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and assist with a replacement, return, or other appropriate solution.
